Submission Guidelines
AUTHOR ELIGIBILITY
Open to authors 18 years or older at the time of entry.
PUBLICATION DATE
Books must be published on or after January 1, 2010.
LANGUAGE & FORMAT
All entries must be written in English and submitted digitally as a PDF or ePub (contact us if you don’t have digital copy)
PUBLISHING TYPE
Self-published, hybrid, small press, and indie-published books only.
ORIGINALITY
Submissions must be the author’s original work and not generated by AI tools. One Book per submission, but no limit to categories entered per book.
Requirements
MANUSCRIPT FILE
Submit your manuscript as a clean, final version in PDF or ePub format (max 10MB). If larger file or physical copy only, please contact us for instructions.
COVER IMAGE
Include a high-resolution cover image in JPG or PNG format (300 DPI preferred).
CATEGORY SELECTION
Choose the category your book best fits.Choose multiple if your book fits multiple categories.
CO-AUTHORS
Co-authored books may be submitted as a single entry by one representative author.
MULTIPLE ENTRIES
You may submit multiple books; each book requires a separate entry and form.
Judging &
Awards
JUDGING PANEL
Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of editors, educators, industry professionals, and published authors.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Books are judged on clarity, originality, reader impact, and professional presentation.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Judges will recuse themselves from any work where a conflict of interest exists.
SCORECARDS AND JUDGE IDENTITY
There will be a minimum of two judges assigned to each entry. If their scorecards differ significantly, a third judge will provide a tie-breaking evaluation. Judges will remain anonymous to ensure fairness and impartiality, and all evaluations will be based solely on the merit of the work submitted.
AWARD LEVELS
Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners will be named in each category. Director’s Choice and Honorary Mentions awards are distinctions granted at the discretion of the judging panel to recognize exceptional work that may not fit traditional scoring but deserves special acknowledgment.
PRIZES
Winners receive a digital award seal, spotlight feature, and printed certificate.
